ABOUT

Mr. Thibodeaux

Greetings, Mustangs! Let's have a great school year!

Mr. Thibodeaux is originally from rural South Louisiana. He grew up with lots of animals - sheep, goats, chickens, pigeons, doves, cattle, turkeys, geese, pheasants, jungle fowl, ducks, a multitude of tailed and bob-tailed cats, a pit bull mix, a beagle, a Siberian husky, and a sassy Tennessee walking horse called Maria.

In his spare time, he enjoys reading and researching various subjects of interest including anthropology, world mythology, world cultures, history, and poetry. He especially enjoys good documentaries on the above subjects. When weather permits, he likes to get outdoors and enjoy nature.

One day, he aspires to have a little homestead with gardens and chickens and goats.

In his professional life, he is a secondary English language arts and biology teacher. In 2013, he graduated from The Evergreen State College with a Master in Teaching degree. In August 2014, he started teaching at Leadore High School, and he has been there ever since. Go Mustangs!
